Outdoor Baptism
New Life will be having our annual outdoor baptism on Sunday, August 12th. Please bring your own lawn chairs and plan to join us for this special celebration! A carry-in meal will follow the service. Last names A-M please bring a dessert and last names N-Z bring a salad. If you would like to be baptized, please visit the Info Desk and fill out a baptism testimony form. In case of inclement weather, the service will be held indoors.
Student Sponsorships
NLF has partnered with four schools in Juarez, Mexico to help students attend school! Pick up a picture of a student and donate the amount it costs for that student’s tuition and uniforms for the year with just a one time donation of $12-100. Sponsorships range in price depending on the grade of each student. Please visit the table in the foyer and choose a student to sponsor!
McDonald Fundraiser
NLF has been asked to help with a fundraiser for Mitchell and Kelli McDonald. Their unborn baby has been diagnosed with Bilateral Renal Agenesis and will need to undergo experimental treatment at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. If you can help donate pop for the fundraiser, please visit the Info Desk and sign up. This fundraiser will take place on August 10th in Shipshewana. Contact Alissa McDonald for more info.
Next Steps Sunday
Sunday, August 5th will be a special day as we follow-up the information given at the Family Life Gatherings with an opportunity to choose your place to connect at NLF. Sign ups will be available for our groups, teams, electives, and spiritual practice resources. Mark your calendar. You won’t want to miss it!
Join the Cleaning Team @NLF
Are you looking for a way to get involved at NLF? We are currently reorganizing the cleaning teams and have open positions. Each team member does one job for three months out of the year with a time commitment of only 12-13 hours per year. Women’s Life
Women’s Coffee/Breakfast meets Wednesday at 8:30 am at the Country Corral in Shipshewana.
