Moms in Prayer
Moms in Prayer will resume meeting on Friday, August 24th at 9am. This group meets every other Friday here at NLF to pray for their school age children and local schools. All moms are invited! Please contact Carrie Clark for more information.
Grief Share
A new session of Grief Share will be offered on Tuesday evenings from Aug. 28-Nov. 20 at 6:00pm each evening. Grief Share is a 13-week DVD series that features Biblical concepts to help you heal from your grief. This group is led by caring people who have experienced grief and have successfully rebuilt their lives. If you would like to participate in Grief Share, please visit the Info Desk for more info, or contact Vern and Erma Miller. This group will meet at Townline Church (2165 South 1000 West, Shipshewana).
Benefit for Grant Newcomer Family
There will be a benefit for the family of Grant Newcomer on August 30th from 11am -3pm. This event, a chicken barbeque and bake sale, will be held in the KZ RV event room. To purchase tickets or for more information, please contact Melisa Lewton.
i6eight Missions Trip
New Life will be taking a missions trip to Rocky Point, Mexico on Nov. 21-26, 2018. This family-friendly missions opportunity allows participants to work alongside a family to help construct a home for them. No previous skill or experience is needed. Please contact Jess Mast for more info.
Women’s Life
Women’s Coffee/Breakfast meets Wednesday at 8:30 am at the Country Corral in Shipshewana. Women’s Bible studies will begin meeting on Monday, September 17th. There will be two different options.
“Everyday Godly Living”, based on Titus 2:1, 3-5, will be offered on Monday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm and is especially for mothers with children in the home. “Faithful, Abundant, True” will be offered on Monday mornings from 9:45-11:45am and on Monday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm. This study will feature Beth Moore, Kay Arthur, and Priscilla Shirer speaking on different aspects of the Holy Spirit. Men’s Life
