This Sunday:
A quick note about our services on December 18th: for those who utilize our giving boxes for your tithe/offering, please be aware that you will not find our boxes in the foyer or the sanctuary this Sunday. We are designating a time during each service to give as an act of worship. We will prepare you for this time during our services.
Update on Soles For Jesus:
The Connect Preteens are happy to report that they met and even surpassed their goal to collect shoes for the Soles for Jesus project! Their goal was 477 pairs of shoes and they collected 493 pairs of shoes along with $1000 to ship the shoes! Thank you so much to all who donated and helped with this project!! The shoes have been picked up and are on their way!
Student Ministry Christmas Party:
Next Wednesday, December 21st will be the Youth Group Christmas Party. Dinner will be from 6:15-6:45, followed by activities that will end at 8:45 pm. Christmas theme + Mission Impossible + Video scavenger hunt. You won’t want to miss it!!
Holiday Schedule:
We will have our traditional Christmas Eve service at 6:00 pm on December 24th. There will be a hot chocolate bar and a worshipful family-focused service with candle lighting concluding our service. Please note that on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day we will have one service at 10:30 am. There will be no children’s programming to give a volunteers a break; the nurseries will be open, but unstaffed. Thank you!
Blue Christmas Service:
This year we invite you to participate in a community service at Maple City Chapel on Wednesday, December 21st at 6:30 pm. The Blue Christmas Service is a quiet, candlelight service, where the community gathers together in the midst of challenges and struggles to acknowledge grief and loss while offering comfort and hope in Christ. This service is not just for those facing challenges. All are welcome to gather on December 21st, the longest night of the year, and bear witness that for some everything has changed. Your quiet attendance will add healing and comfort to those who are struggling to face the holidays.
Man Up:
Man Up will resume meeting on Monday, January 9th at 6:30 pm.
Men’s Prayer:
Men’s prayer will resume meeting on Thursday, January 12th at 6:00 am.

Offering Envelopes:
The new 2023 offering envelopes are available for pick-up in the foyer. If you do not currently have numbered envelopes and would like a set, please visit the Info Desk. Counseling Services Available:
We are excited to announce that we now have a counselor available on-site at NLF on Wednesday evenings. Shannon Cross is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who will use our building to provide counseling services by appointment. Spring Break Missions Trip Opportunity:
Do you have plans for Spring Break? Michelle Sharick will be leading a team to Jamaica from April 1-8, 2023. We will be visiting and staying at Caribbean Christian Center of the Deaf. It will be a week of loving on deaf children and supporting the staff. We will also have some opportunities for some work projects. If interested please reach out to Michelle Sharick. If you are under 18 years old you will need a parent to go along.
