- This Sunday, November 24th will be a special worship experience! The Muwendo Children’s Choir, from Uganda Africa, will be singing in our worship service! African crafts will be available for purchase and a free will offering will be taken. Following the service there will be an all-church lunch, with time to interact and fellowship with the children. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share.
- After the children sing, Pastor Drew will continue teaching his sermon series, “Little Words, Big Impact” and we will observe communion.

College Care Packages
It’s that time of year again. College students are wrapping up their first semester and will soon be preparing for finals. New Life would like to bless our college students with care packages before Christmas. If you would like to send a care package to a college student please stop by the Info Desk to sign up. Also, if you are the parent of a college student, please visit the info Desk and provide your student’s information.
Adopt-a-Family Christmas Project
If you, your small group, or a group of friends would like to sponsor a family from our community and provide Christmas gifts for them, please contact Michelle Sharick. There a number of families from the Westview school district that are in need of help this Christmas.
Kids’ Country Christmas Project
We will be collecting books and puzzles for the Boomerang Backpack program this Christmas. These gifts will be going home with the students (ages K-6th grade) as a gift before Christmas break. There will be a collection box in the Kids’ Country hallway. Please bring your donations by Sunday, Dec. 15th.
Topeka Food Pantry
New Life is in charge of filling the Topeka Food Pantry for the month of December. Many families in our community depend on this help from the Food Pantry! You can support them by donating non-perishable food items and supplies to the pantry. Please place your items in the large Christmas box in the foyer. Contact Vern Miller for more info.

Volunteer Appreciation Open House
With sincere appreciation for your service, the NLF staff would like to invite you to join us for a Volunteer Appreciation Open House on Dec. 11th from 12-6pm. Refreshments will be provided. As a thank you, we have a small gift for you! We hope to see you on Dec. 11th!
Women’s Life
Ladies, you are invited to help solve the mystery at the Ugly Sweater Christmas Mystery Party! If you’d rather just be a bystander and watch the mystery be solved, you’re still invited! Please join us Friday December 6th at 6:00pm for an evening full of fun, food, and fellowship! Please see the women’s ministry desk for sign-up and details.
Man Up
The Man Up Bible study, “No More Excuses” (Tony Evans) meets on Tuesday evenings from 6-7pm. All men are invited! This study challenges men to lay down their excuses, stop compromising, and fight to be a man of character and commitment. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience community and accountability with other NLF men.
