Celebrating Marriage Banquet
Couples of all ages are invited to the NLF Marriage Celebration Banquet this Friday, May 17th. We believe that marriage as God intended should be celebrated! Come join other NLF couples for dinner, a guest speaker, and testimonies of how God is helping husbands and wives overcome obstacles to grow into a marriage by God’s design. Doors at NLF open at 5:30pm with hors d’oeuvres and photo opportunities. Dinner is at 6:30pm. Formal attire is encouraged, but not required. Cost is $10/couple. Visit the Info Desk to sign up.
Topeka Food Pantry
New Life is in charge of filling the Topeka Food Pantry for the month of May. You can support our community by donating to this ministry outreach project! Please place your non-perishable food items in the shopping cart in the foyer. Contact Vern Miller for more info.
Young Adult Fundraiser Lunch
PASSION is more than a conference. It’s a gathering of 18-25 year olds that exists to see a generation leverage their lives for what matters most. PASSION is saying goodbye to lesser things and saying yes to Jesus. Will you help us get there? We currently have a bus of 30 young adults going and we need your help. Join us for a fundraiser spaghetti lunch immediately following church on Sunday, May 19th. Donations will be accepted. Also, if you are interested in attending the conference (Dec. 31, 2019 – Jan. 2, 2020), there are still 5 seats available. Contact Jaynee Christner for more info.
Women’s Life
Women’s Coffee/Breakfast meets Wednesday mornings at 8:30 am at Country Corral in Shipshewana. Ladies Scrapbooking & Crafts meets at NLF on the second Saturday of each month at 9am. All ladies are invited!
Ladies Summer Bike Rides
Ladies summer biking will begin in June on Monday evenings. Please sign up at the women’s ministry desk if you are interested in joining us. A schedule of locations for each ride will be available. Men’s Life
All men are invited to the Man Up Workshop focused on scripture and prayer, Tuesday evenings at 6pm. Visit the Man Up table to sign up.
