ANNOUNCEMENTS:
This Sunday, March 21st:
There will be two services at 9:00 am and 10:30 am.
Pastor Drew will continue to teach his sermon series, “Lent: The Power of the Gospel”.
During both services, we will take a moment to hear a report from our Preteens about their Winter Retreat.
“Made to Praise” Kid’s Choir will meet from 9-10 am in the Clubhouse.
There will be nursery & toddler care and children’s programming for all ages during the second service.
The service will be live streamed during the 9:00 am service. It will be posted on Face Book if you prefer to watch the service at a later time.
Coffee Talk:
During all Sundays in March, we are having a special time of fellowship between the two worship services. Each Sunday there will be traditional coffee, flavored coffee, and a different type of refreshment served. We encourage you to consider coming early or staying late so that you can enjoy this time of fellowship and feel more connected to your church family as we move forward as “one body with two worship services”.
Men’s March Madness Event:
Calling all men!! Tomorrow night, March 19th, you are invited to the Men’s March Madness event at NLF at 7:00 pm. This evening will include watching the tournament games, playing games, eating good food, and lots of manly fellowship! Meat will be provided; please bring a side dish to share.

Nursing Home Outreach:
We have had a great response to our Nursing Home Outreach project! If you took note cards home to sign, please bring them back this Sunday, March 21st. Take a few moments to write a short word of encouragement, share scripture, and let nursing home residents know they are loved and prayed for. These note cards will be attached to Easter bags and be delivered to area nursing homes. If you have any questions, please call or text Jasmin Miller at 260.585.0270.
Deaf Child Hope Mission Trips:
This year NLF will be offering four opportunities to go on a mission trip with Deaf Child Hope. They are Haiti (June 7-14), Kenya (June 21-July 2), Uganda (July 2-11), and Jamaica (Sept. 29-Oct. 6). To apply for any of these DCH Mission trips go to: http://bit.ly/DCHMissionTripApplication.

Mystery Island VBS:
We are excited to announce that we will be having Vacation Bible School this summer, June 7-11 from 5:45-8:00pm. Sign ups are now available in the church foyer or on-line. VBS is for children ages 4 years through 3rd grade. Many of the activities will be held outside, weather permitting. We will need many volunteers to make VBS a great success. Easter Egg Hunt:
On Sunday, March 28 (Palm Sunday), Kids’ Country will have an Easter Egg Hunt during the kids’ programming time in both services. If you would like to donate candy for this event, please bring individually wrapped candy that will fit inside Easter eggs and place in the bins at the Info Desk or in the Kids’ Hallway.
Baptism on Palm Sunday:
There will be a short meeting for all baptism candidates this Sunday following the 10:30am service in Pastor Drew’s office. Please be sure to bring your baptism testimony form to the meeting. Celebration of baptism will take place on March 28th at 10:20 AM, between services. Please plan accordingly. The baptism service will also be live-streamed on FaceBook.
Pre-Service Prayer:
You are invited to join our pre-service prayer time beginning April 11th in the NLF Prayer room. Prayer times are 8:30-8:45 am for the 1st service and 10:00-10:15 am for the 2nd service. Come join us as we we pray for God to move powerfully in our worship services!
