This Sunday:
This Sunday, Jan. 10th, there will be two services at 9:00 am and 10:30 am. Pastor Drew will be teaching his sermon series, “New Mercies”. There will be nursery & toddler care and children’s programming for all ages during the second service. If you prefer, you may attend the first service and sit together as a family. The service will be live streamed during the 9:00 am service. It will be posted on Face Book if you prefer to watch the service at a later time.
NLF Text Alerts:
Last week a text alert was sent out on Sunday morning to let you know about the change in services due to the inclement weather. We will continue to use this method of communicating when weather and hazardous road conditions cause us to cancel or change our Sunday morning worship service times. We also will post the information on the church website and Facebook page. If you did not receive the text message and would like to receive text alerts, please make sure the church has your mobile phone number AND CARRIER (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, etc.). We cannot send text messages to you if we do not have your cell phone carrier. You can respond to this email to provide your information or send a separate email to becky@nlf-online.org. Thank you!
Updating the Church Data Base:
If you have moved any time during the year of 2020 or if any of your contact information has changed this year, please let the church office know by sending your change of address, phone, or new e-mail address to becky@nlf-online.org. We are currently updating the church data base and want to make sure we have your correct contact information. Thank You!!
Ladies Bible Study coming soon!
Ladies, are you ready to head into 2021 fully trusting the Lord in all He has planned for us? Then join us for Women’s Bible study beginning on Monday, January 18th at either 10:00 am or 6:30 pm. We will be reading Lysa TerKeurst’s book “Trustworthy: Overcoming our Greatest Struggles to Trust God”, which focuses on I & II Kings. Sign-ups and books will be available in the church foyer. The cost of a book is $17. Please contact Mary Bultemeier or Joyce Brown if you have any questions.
Finance Update:
Thank you all for supporting the New Life ministry in 2020. We are grateful for God’s faithfulness and your generosity. Because of this we were able to meet and exceed our budget even in this Covid year. Praise be to God!!
Offering Envelopes:
The new 2021 offering envelopes are available for pick-up in the church foyer. If you do not currently have numbered envelopes and would like a set, or if you need an electronic giving form, please visit the info desk. You may also contact Becky Hunsberger at becky@nlf-online.org.
