Baptism Sunday

We will be offering an opportunity for baptism on Sunday, Feb. 10th. If you would like to publicly display your commitment to follow Jesus, please stop by the info table and pick up a baptism testimony form. There will be an all- church celebration lunch following the service.

 

Night to Shine

With Night to Shine only 2 weeks away, we are looking for a few food donations. Sign up at the info Desk for shredded cheese and/or tortilla chips. You can mark the items “Night to Shine” and bring them to the church anytime. Items are needed by Feb. 3rd. Thank you!

 

Weather Cancellations

As we go throughout the winter months, please note that if NLF’s services are cancelled due to weather, that information will be posted on WNDU (Ch.16).

 

Baby Bottle Drive

Compassion Pregnancy Center’s annual bottle drive is underway! Baby bottles are available in the foyer for you to take home, fill with change, and return by Sunday, Feb. 17th. Your loose change allows Compassion Pregnancy Center to continue caring for mothers, babies, and life. Thank you!

 

Kids’ Country Offering

Kids’ Country will begin collecting money for the Compassion Pregnancy Center, beginning today through Feb. 17th. Empty baby bottles will be placed in each of the classrooms and children are encouraged to bring their change to help fill the bottles.

 

Ladies Winter Bible Study

A new ladies’ Bible study, “One in a Million” (Priscilla Shirer), will begin February 11th. This Bible study will meet on Mondays at 9:45am and 6:30pm. The cost for this study is $15. Please sign up at the Women’s Ministry desk.

 

Women’s Life

Women’s Coffee/Breakfast meets Wednesday mornings at 8:30 am at Country Corral in Shipshewana. Ladies Scrapbooking & Crafts meets at NLF on the second Saturday of each month at 9am.

 

Men’s Life

All men are invited to participate in “Man Up” which meets here at NLF on Tuesday evenings from 6-7pm (Jan 15- Feb. 19). Men’s basketball (Hoops & Prayer) meets on Monday evenings at 7pm at Chuck Christner’s.
