December 2, 2021

This Sunday, December 5th, there will be two services at 9:00 and 10:30am.
There will be coffee and light refreshments between the two services.
We will take a moment to reflect on the second Sunday of Advent.
The service will be live streamed on FaceBook and on the church website during the 9:00 am service. It will be accessible on both Face Book and the New Life website if you prefer to watch the service at a later time.

Poinsettias for Christmas:
If you would like to purchase a poinsettia in honor or memory of a loved one, please stop by the Info Desk to sign up. The poinsettias will be displayed on the stage and you may take them home after the Christmas Eve service. Thanks!

Preteen Christmas Shopping this Sunday:
This Sunday, December 5th, following the second worship service, our preteens will be having lunch in the cafe and then will go shopping for their Adopt-A Family Christmas project. All preteens who are participating will need a release form signed by their parent/guardian. The release forms will be available in the cafe; please see Kerin Miller for assistance or any questions. The preteens will plan to return to the church to wrap their gifts and may be picked up at 4 pm.

Ladies Dinner and a Movie:
There are still a few seats available if you would like to join us this Friday evening, December 3rd to see The Chosen’s newest project – “The Messengers”, the story of Christmas told through the eyes of Mary and Joseph in Ft. Wayne. This is a great opportunity to kick off your Christmas season by spending an evening with friends celebrating the birth of the Savior.  Contact Julie Wiard if you would like a ticket or have any questions.

Christmas Dinner for LaGrange County Foster Families:
This Saturday, December 4th, at 6:00 pm, New Life will be hosting a Christmas Dinner for LaGrange County foster families.  If you signed up to help with set up, food prep, serving, or clean up, we greatly appreciate your willingness to help with this ministry! If you have any questions about your role in serving or the dinner, please contact Jasmin Miller. Thank you!
